System IParlimen, developed between 2024 and 2025 for the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (Kementerian Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah, KKDW), is an integrated information management platform designed to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and security of digital document processing. By replacing manual methods, the system streamlines data processing, storage, and generation, ensuring systematic and reliable management of critical information. Key modules such as Factsheet Data Upload, Factsheet Generation, and DE Handbook Generation empower users (Administrators, Editors, Generators, and Reviewers) to manage data effectively, maintaining high-quality information for official discussions. With a strong focus on security and access control, Portal IParlimen supports KKDW’s digital transformation goals while ensuring data integrity.
