Sistem myBooking represents a strategic digital transformation for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consolidating four core services—eKenderaan, myFasiliti, ICT Equipment Loan, and BKDA—into a single, unified core platform. By integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) and centralized staff data, the system streamlines internal operations using a modern tech stack of Laravel 12, Livewire 3, Flux UI, and Alpine JS. This transformation eliminates manual silos, ensures data transparency, and empowers the ministry’s technical and administrative teams to manage resources with high efficiency and precision.

VEHICLE BOOKING & MANAGEMENT MODULE

Sistem myBooking offers a streamlined digital workflow for official transportation requests:

  • Digital Booking Requests – Staff can reserve departmental vehicles for official business by selecting the vehicle type, date, and travel purpose via a digital form.

  • Automated Scheduling & Conflict Prevention – The system automatically verifies driver and vehicle availability to prevent double-booking and ensure fair task distribution, assisting admins in resource management.

  • Paperless Online Approval – System admins or approvers can verify and approve requests online without physical documentation, with applicants receiving instant notifications for every decision.

BKDA SERVICE & RESERVATION MANAGEMENT

BKDA Administrators can access the comprehensive assignment schedules of every photographer and designer, enabling them to appoint available personnel directly through the system to ensure no coverage overlaps occur. Furthermore, users are granted the authority to perform booking cancellations as long as the status remains in process. This feature provides users with the necessary time to make accurate decisions without complicating the workflow for other administrative parties.

The system enables users to view the availability of meeting rooms, auditoriums, or multi-purpose halls in real-time through an integrated calendar view, allowing for instantaneous bookings. Both users and system administrators can conveniently review facility booking schedules within this centralized calendar, a feature that significantly streamlines the verification and approval process for relevant officers.

management of technological assets through a comprehensive inventory & movement tracking

This project manages the inventory and movement of mobile ICT assets to support daily operations and official events. The system displays a comprehensive list of equipment available for loan—such as laptops, projectors, portable PA systems, and cables—alongside their real-time availability status for applicants. Furthermore, the system features a precise recording function for equipment collection and return dates, enabling both users and system administrators to access digital records for easier reference and enhanced accountability.
