Sistem iPersonel is a dedicated platform developed for the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) to modernize and centralize staff registration and management. By transitioning from manual physical processes, such as the physical KEW8 forms, to a fully digital system, it significantly enhances administrative efficiency and saves time for all users. Built on a cutting-edge stack featuring Laravel 12, Livewire 3, Flux UI, and Alpine JS, the system ensures a high-performance, responsive, and future-proof experience for the ministry’s human resource operations.
