About Sistem iParlimen 2.0

Sistem iParlimen 2.0

Sistem iParlimen 2.0 represents a strategic technological upgrade for the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), transitioning from a legacy PHP Native environment to a modern Laravel 12 framework. This transformation enhances security protocols and adopts cutting-edge technologies for ministry personnel. By moving away from unstructured coding environments, iParlimen 2.0 introduces a clean, standardized ecosystem that significantly reduces bug-fixing time and ensures that technical teams can maintain the platform with high efficiency and precision.

Key Features and Advantages

  • End-to-End Digital Workflow: Manages the full cycle of Risalat preparation, technical reviews, multi-tier approvals, and final submission for council meetings.

  • Dual Paper Types: Supports both General Papers (Decision/Makluman) and complex Land Papers with detailed cadastral and applicant data.

  • Automated Document Generation: Instantly produces professionally formatted Word/ODT templates, reducing drafting time and ensuring consistency.

  • Robust Audit Trail & Transparency: Records every action, timestamp, and user involved, providing full traceability and accountability.

Core Module Optimization

iParlimen 2.0 features two primary modules fully migrated for enhanced stability:

  • Parliament Profile – Successfully migrated to the Laravel framework, providing a robust and reliable interface for managing parliamentary-specific data with high integrity.

  • General Information – Functions seamlessly within the new ecosystem, benefiting from faster processing times and a standardized structure compared to the previous native environment.

MODERN MVC ARCHITECTURE & SCALABILITY

Native PHP technology is often difficult to scale because the code structure mixes logic and presentation. Laravel 12 introduces a modern, organized MVC structure that ensures the system is not only faster and more responsive for staff use, but is also inherently future-proofed.

By decoupling business logic from the user interface, the system can easily accommodate new modules or feature expansions for KKDW in the future without requiring a total system overhaul. This modular approach ensures a high-performance, long-lasting technological investment that remains easy to maintain and upgrade as organizational needs evolve.
