JTM Integrated Management System (JiMS)
Sistem JTM Integrated Management System (JiMS), developed between 2021 and 2025, is a comprehensive platform designed to manage the academic journey of students at Institut Latihan Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM) from registration to graduation. Serving as a one-stop hub, JiMS streamlines the management of academic records, financial transactions, accommodation, activities, and disciplinary matters. With integrated features like virtual classrooms, automated assessments, and access to job opportunities, JiMS delivers an organized, interactive, and industry-relevant learning experience. Built on Laravel 9, Bootstrap 4, and Livewire, it offers a secure, scalable, and user-centric solution tailored to ILJTM’s diverse operational needs.

Student Information Module
The JiMS student module features a robust profile management page, enabling students to update personal details, manage tuition payments, apply for vehicle permits, and access information on courses, academics, accommodation, insurance, activities, and disciplinary actions. Updates submitted by students are seamlessly routed to the Head of Department for review and approval, ensuring efficient oversight and accountability in data management.
Virtual Classroom
The virtual classroom module, powered by BigBlueButton, offers a rich set of tools including Document Upload, Whiteboard, Breakout Rooms, Video Options, Chat, Polling, Multi-User Whiteboard, Shared Notes, Screen Share, Hand Raise, Emojis, and Webcam Video. These features create an interactive and collaborative learning environment, supporting both students and instructors in delivering dynamic educational experiences
Instructor/Student Class Schedule
The “Class Schedule” page enables students and instructors to access weekly or monthly schedules, such as those for October 2023, with clear indicators for class type (physical or virtual) and status (Completed or Ongoing), as well as categories like Theory or Practical. Users can print schedules in PDF format, navigate between weeks, reset views, and customize displays, ensuring flexible and efficient schedule management tailored to ILJTM’s academic needs.
