The portal offers e-Services such as e-Aduan (complaints), e-Cukai (taxes), e-Kompaun (fines), e-Tempahan (bookings), e-Bayar (payments), e-Penilaian (assessments), e-Borang (forms), e-Lesen (licensing), e-Perjawatan (recruitment), e-Bazar Ramadhan, e-My Pusara, and e-Perpustakaan, simplifying tasks like bill payments, public complaints, and business license applications. Additionally, it provides detailed information on MPSepang services, staff directories, strategic plans, public facilities, tenders, community activities, and supports e-Participation for resident feedback, fostering a connected and efficient community ecosystem.
