Sistem Pengurusan Orang Papa (MySPOP), developed between 2023 and 2024, is an advanced online platform designed to manage data on Malaysia’s homeless population (orang papa) with greater organization and efficiency. MySPOP establishes a centralized database to record, update, and monitor critical information, including profiles, needs, and assistance provided. Tailored for the Department of Social Welfare (JKM), the system empowers officers to access data swiftly for planning and executing welfare programs, ensuring targeted aid reaches those in need effectively. Built on Laravel 9, Bootstrap 4, and Livewire, MySPOP delivers a secure, scalable, and user-centric solution to enhance welfare administration nationwide.

The MySPOP dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of homeless population data, tailored for system users. Key statistics include the total number of homeless individuals, received complaints, resolved complaints, and active tasks. The dashboard features rich data visualizations, such as pie charts showing profiles by category, bar charts detailing profiles by state, and line graphs tracking registered assistance profiles over time, enabling JKM officers to monitor trends and plan effectively.
Action Operations Calendar
The “Action Calendar” page displays all upcoming welfare activities planned by the Department of Social Welfare. System administrators can update activity details, ensuring a clear and organized schedule. This feature enhances coordination and visibility, streamlining the execution of welfare initiatives across the department.


Homeless Audit Trail
The “Homeless Audit Trail” (Audit trail orang Papa) page provides a detailed record of activities related to data management, organized by date and time. Each entry logs actions such as registrations, status updates, or data changes, along with the responsible user’s name. This functionality ensures transparency and traceability, allowing users to monitor data modifications with precision and maintain accountability in welfare data management.
