Sistem Penyelesaian Aduan dan Pengendalian Siasatan (SPAPS), developed between 2021 and 2023 for the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC), is a sophisticated platform designed to streamline complaint management and investigation processes. By leveraging digital solutions, SPAPS enables efficient tracking, processing, and resolution of complaints, reducing reliance on physical files. The system supports officers with features like complaint status monitoring, automated draft generation, and digital notifications, ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency. The SPAPS EAIC Dashboard provides officers with a comprehensive view of complaint statuses, highlighting pending actions. It features key statistics such as “Total Complaint Files,” “Number of Investigation Papers Opened,” “Drafted Investigation Papers,” “Completed Investigation Papers,” and “Pending Tasks.” Designed for clarity, this dashboard enables efficient monitoring and management of complaints, empowering officers with actionable insights for timely decision-making.
JKA Matrix Draft
The system generates JKA matrix drafts based on officer-entered data, including complaint serial number, complainant details, complaint summary, classification, and J/Kuasa Aduan decisions. This automated feature ensures precision and consistency, streamlining the preparation of critical investigation documentation for EAIC officers.
Notification Letter Draft
SPAPS includes a robust feature for generating notification letters based on officer-provided information, with the capability to send these letters digitally via email. This functionality enhances communication efficiency, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of notifications to recipients while maintaining a professional standard.
