Beyond core HR functions, MyPSM offers advanced features including profile management, career aspiration tracking, overseas appointment management, position administration, and a psychology module. Visual charts, including “Staff by Gender” comparing male and female employees per department and “Representation Categories” detailing staff distribution by consulates and ASEAN missions, enhance data visualization. This dashboard empowers administrators with precise insights, enabling efficient and strategic workforce planning.
Career Aspiration Updates
The career aspiration update feature allows KLN officers to prioritize and update their preferred career paths. This functionality plays a critical role in facilitating tailored career progression, aligning individual goals with organizational needs, and streamlining the career selection process for enhanced staff development.
Officer Profile Summary
The officer profile summary page presents concise yet essential information about KLN personnel, highlighting key details for quick reference. Users can generate and print comprehensive reports, including Full CVs, Short CVs, and Short CVs in English, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for professional documentation needs.
