Sistem Mypsm KLN

Sistem MyPSM, developed between 2023 and 2026 for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (KLN), is a pivotal human resource management component integrated within the MyWisma ecosystem. It seamlessly connects with the HRMIS system to ensure real-time updates of KLN personnel data. Beyond core HR functions, MyPSM offers advanced features including profile management, career aspiration tracking, overseas appointment management, position administration, and a psychology module. Built on a robust Laravel 10 framework, this system enhances efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience, providing a comprehensive and modern solution tailored to KLN’s workforce management needs.

MyPSM Dashboard

The MyPSM Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of human resource management for KLN officers. It displays detailed statistics on active staff across departments such as Wisma Putra, Perwakilan, SEARCCT, and IDFR. Visual charts, including “Staff by Gender” comparing male and female employees per department and “Representation Categories” detailing staff distribution by consulates and ASEAN missions, enhance data visualization. This dashboard empowers administrators with precise insights, enabling efficient and strategic workforce planning.

Career Aspiration Updates

The career aspiration update feature allows KLN officers to prioritize and update their preferred career paths. This functionality plays a critical role in facilitating tailored career progression, aligning individual goals with organizational needs, and streamlining the career selection process for enhanced staff development.

Officer Profile Summary

The officer profile summary page presents concise yet essential information about KLN personnel, highlighting key details for quick reference. Users can generate and print comprehensive reports, including Full CVs, Short CVs, and Short CVs in English, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for professional documentation needs.
