Sistem single sign on kkdw

The Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) has introduced a Single Sign-On (SSO) system to address the challenges of managing and securing multiple platforms, including MyPKD, iParlimen, and eRoom. The SSO enables users to log in once using their identification card number, enhancing efficiency by reducing login time and incorporating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for added security. Additionally, the system ensures centralized security control, mitigates risks associated with weak passwords, and is accessible via web and various devices, delivering a seamless and secure user experience.

Login Page

Users are required to enter their identification card number and password to securely access the Single Sign-On system. Additionally, a “Register Account” link is provided, enabling new users to effortlessly create an account, ensuring a streamlined onboarding process with enhanced security and user convenience.

Internal/External Application Dashboard

Upon logging in, users can access a comprehensive list of internal applications, including MyPKD, eRoom, Data Bank, ePelanggan, iParlimen, eParlimen, SPMS, ICT Helpdesk, and eLibrary. Additionally, a section for external systems such as HRMIS, Mymesyuarat, and others is available. Users can quickly locate specific applications using the search function at the top. On the right, a latest announcements section keeps users informed about critical updates. The dashboard is thoughtfully designed to provide seamless access to various systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Internal Application Management

Users can efficiently update and add internal services to be displayed on the Internal/External Application Dashboard page, ensuring a dynamic and customizable interface that reflects the latest available services.
