The system of “Tempahan Kenderaan is designed with single booking and carpooling functionalities to simplify vehicle booking management at the Kementerian Academy. It is also equipped with driver evaluation features, driver and vehicle replacement management, a task calendar, and QR code generation for driver evaluation.

The system provides a function for applicants (Kementerian Komunikasi staff) to submit vehicle booking requests, which are then reviewed by the PIC of the department, supported by the CC BKP (Head Assistant Administrative Division), and approved by the PPT (Assistant Administrative Officer
