It also offers an efficient search function and letter listing, allowing users to access letters more easily. Additionally, an audit trail feature ensures that every action on a letter is recorded and traceable, boosting accountability. The letter management workflow, encompassing both incoming and outgoing letters, is fully digitized to ensure a more organized and systematic process.

Users can securely log in to the Ezydocs System by entering their Kementerian Komunikasi domain email address and password. The system restricts registration exclusively to users with a verified Kementerian Komunikasi domain email, ensuring enhanced security and authorized access. Additionally, the login page includes a convenient password recovery feature for users who forget their credentials.
rEGISTER Incoming Letter or document
The system offers a range of essential functions, including the creation, updating, and deletion of letters, as well as access to detailed letter information. Additionally, it supports letter minuting, task assignment to responsible officers, updating feedback actions, task resolution status, and functions for reviewing and verifying completed tasks.
